About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Business Development Specialist, where you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.">
  • Pre-Sales: Conduct market research, analyze customer requirements, and develop technical and commercial proposals to present to customers.">
  • Proposal Management: Lead the prequalification, vendor registration, pre-bid, RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes with due diligence.">
  • Solution Design and Presentation: Design and provide consultative support in RFPs drafting, present bid responses to management for review and price approvals, and timely preparation and submission of compliant winning bids and customized proposals.">
  • Contract Reviews: Review contracts with legal teams and relevant stakeholders and negotiate terms with customers.">
  • Market Research and Analysis: Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.">
  • New Product Testing and Development: Assist in testing and developing new products to meet customer needs.">
  • Product Pricing, Marketing, and Proof of Concept (POC): Assist in product pricing, marketing, and POC to ensure successful product launches.">
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:">
    • Education: B.E. (Electronics/Telecom/Computers Systems) or MBA will be given preference.">
    • Experience: 1-3 years experience in a similar role is preferable.">
    • Certification: Individuals holding any relevant industry certification shall be an advantage.">
    • Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.">
