**Technical Consultant: Telecoms and IT Services
We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key telecommunications and mobile operators customers.
About the Role- Provide technical support and participate in pre-sales discussions to ensure customer satisfaction through effective solution delivery.
- Assist in tender and proposal processing, including presentation preparation to drive business growth.
- Serve as the technical liaison between sales, customers, and engineering for pre-sales matters.
- Collaborate with sales to define opportunities and close large business deals by identifying new technologies and innovative solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and contribute to pre-sales and marketing materials that highlight our company's expertise in telecom/voice technologies.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Candidates with established customer connections or existing customer bases have an added advantage.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Telecom Engineering, or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in telecommunications or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications is essential.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with telecom/voice technologies, solutions, and services is highly desirable.
- Able to travel regularly for sales activities, such as follow-ups and demos.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support sales strategies and activities.
