Job Title: Creative Director

This is a highly challenging role for an experienced and talented professional with a strong background in design management. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of leading successful design projects from conception to delivery.

The role involves overseeing all aspects of design projects, including conceptualization, creative direction, and project delivery. You will be responsible for designing original pieces, such as illustrations and infographics, and refining images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software.

Additionally, you will be expected to review junior designers' work to ensure high quality standards are maintained. You will also need to liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met and stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all aspects of design projects, from conceptualization to delivery.
  2. Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
  3. Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software.
  4. Review junior designers' work to ensure high quality standards.
  5. Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Proven work experience as a Senior Designer or Graphic Designer.
  2. Portfolio of completed design projects.
  3. Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  4. Proficient in design software, such as InDesign and Balsamiq.
  5. Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
