We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth delivery of services to our global clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing larger teams, with a strong focus on process improvement and efficiency. They will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and implementing best practices to increase team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of advisors to ensure a high-performing environment.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Analyze key data points to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards, conducting audits to ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in operations, preferably in the services industry.
  • Proven ability to manage larger teams and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear messages and create positive experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of GDPR/Data protection and handling personal data.
  • A flair for numbers and analytical skills to dive deep into data and find trends.
