Job Title: Team Lead - Operational Excellence Manager

Job Description:
This role involves overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment in a Contact Center setting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills to lead and manage a team of customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management:
    Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and support for professional development.
  2. Operational Excellence:
    Ensure the team meets or exceeds service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to drive decision-making and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  3. Training and Development:
    Coordinate and deliver training programs for new and existing team members, keeping them informed about product updates, service protocols, and industry best practices.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure consistency in service delivery, conducting regular quality assessments and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  5. Communication:
    Serve as a liaison between the team and upper management, conveying important updates and concerns, and handle customer escalations professionally and with a focus on issue resolution.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a contact center environment, with at least 1.5 years in a leadership role.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
