About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Gaming AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions for game development workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML concepts, including deep learning, generative adversarial networks (GANs), and diffusion models. They will also be proficient in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX, and have experience with tools for generative AI, such as Genie 2.0, DALL·E, or Blender AI add-ons.

The successful candidate will work closely with game designers, artists, and developers to integrate AI-generated content seamlessly into the production pipeline. They will also be responsible for ensuring AI-driven workflows are scalable, efficient, and meet quality standards for gaming assets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to experiment with and refine generative models to enhance their performance and usability in creative tasks. You will also stay up-to-date with the latest AI research, tools, and trends in gaming and creative automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI solutions to automate game development workflows, including level design, testing, and asset integration.
  • Develop machine learning models and tools to optimize repetitive tasks, such as procedural content generation and game balancing.
  • Build pipelines for generating high-quality game assets using generative AI tools.
  • Train and fine-tune AI models to align creative outputs with the game's artistic direction and style.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-generated content into the production pipeline.
  • Ensure AI-driven workflows are scalable, efficient, and meet quality standards for gaming assets.
  • Collect, preprocess, and curate datasets for training AI models specific to game development needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of Professional Experience.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including deep learning, GANs, and diffusion models.
  • Proficiency in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
  • Experience with tools for generative AI, such as Genie 2.0, DALL·E, or Blender AI add-ons.
  • Familiarity with game engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, or Godot.
  • Experience in creating or integrating AI-generated assets into game pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with 3D modeling, animation, or game asset creation tools like Maya, Blender, or Substance.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based AI workflows for large-scale creative generation.
  • Exposure to reinforcement learning and AI for NPC behavior or procedural storytelling.
