Trainee Software Developer Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our R&D teams as a Trainee Software Developer. In this role, you will undergo 3 to 3.5 months of training to become proficient developers capable of working on enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, and knowledge of Java 11+, Spring, Hibernate. Additionally, they will be skilled in frontend programming with JavaScript and Angular, data structures, algorithms, and software design, SQL, database concepts (Oracle/Postgres), REST APIs, Git, professional software engineering practices, and verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Knowledge of Java 11+, Spring, Hibernate.

  • Strong skills in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts (Oracle/Postgres).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and Git.

  • Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
