**Job Overview:**

We seek a skilled User Experience Design Specialist to lead UI/UX efforts for digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:

User Experience Design
  • Design seamless and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to enhance product usability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
  • Develop scalable design systems ensuring consistency across multiple brands and platforms.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff to development with detailed specifications and assets.
  • Stay informed of design trends, UX best practices, and innovative ideas.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in UI/UX, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX preferably within a tech-driven company.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and prototyping tools like Balsamiq, Invision, or Framer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX projects and work across multiple mediums.
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and information architecture.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
