We are seeking a Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at Pak-Qatar Family Takaful Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities, ensuring they are clean and hygienic, and managing security arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, knowledge of civil/construction, and understanding of various materials used in office setup/maintenance. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with branch heads/branch officers and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- To maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation/HVAC, and other systems.
- To ensure the work area is clean and hygienic.
- To manage branches' security arrangements.
- To look after other administrative affairs.
- To maintain cordial relations with Branch Heads/Branch Officers and other stakeholders.
