Job Title: Facilities Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administration Officer to join our team at Advance Construction Company. As a key member of our facilities administration team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our facilities department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the maintenance and repair of properties as needed.
  • Coordinating the procurement of supplies and materials.
  • Ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Prior remote work experience is preferred.
  • Excellent English fluency (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment is required.
  • A proven track record of providing great customer service is a must.
