Job Title: Global Operations ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled Global Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective policies, managing operational teams, and ensuring the smooth running of operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Policies: Create and enforce policies to optimize IT operations and ensure business success.
  • Manage Operational Teams: Lead and direct operational teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure Operational Efficiency: Timely completion of projects and operations, maintaining high levels of efficiency.
  • Design and Implement Quality Assurance Mechanisms: Develop and implement quality assurance mechanisms to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Create SOPs and Documentations: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and prepare documentation, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Track Progress and Communicate Effectively: Use IT systems to track project and task progress, and communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee Costing and Billing: Oversee costing and billing of operations.
  • Maintain Project Documentation: Maintain all project and operation documentation, including service delivery plans.
