Job Overview

Al-Hafiz Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Group Brand Manager to lead the development of its portfolio of "AHG" brands.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of today's consumers, including their needs and motivations, and be able to use this knowledge to develop and implement successful category strategies that drive sales beyond performance targets.

Key responsibilities include developing existing brand portfolios, driving growth strategy, and maintaining key internal stakeholder relations. They will also act as chief liaison with Trade Marketing and Sales teams, requiring excellent communication skills and experience in data analysis and budget management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in group brand management or category management position
  • Strong track record in building brands and launching new products
  • Proven strategic thinking and can-do attitude
  • Experience in FMCG space

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement successful category strategies
  • Maintain key internal stakeholder relations
