Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the processes and technologies related to master data within the organization.

  • Designing and implementing MDM solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Providing technical expertise for supporting and enhancing MDM solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining data models that align with business requirements and standards.
  • Integrating master data across different systems and platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.

About the Role

This is a key role within our Technology team, reporting directly to [Manager Name]. As a Master Data Management Developer, you will work closely with other developers and teams to streamline data flows and ensure seamless integration processes.

You will have a strong background in MDM solutions, with experience in integrating and configuring MDM platforms such as Reltio MDM. You will also have excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with data architects, analysts, product teams and business users to understand requirements for effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing MDM solutions using Reltio MDM.
  • Configuring match and merge, survivorship, delta detection and hierarchy graph using Reltio.
  • Developing ETL logic and process flows for data cleansing, standardization and deduplication.
  • Ensuring data quality by implementing data quality rules and validations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing MDM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of MDM platforms and technologies.
  • Understanding of data modeling, data integration, data migration and data quality best practices.
