Performance Analytics Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Performance Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working with clients to provide strategic insights and recommendations using data-driven analytics.

  • Job Description:

    We're seeking a talented individual to work on various projects across different industries. You'll be responsible for analyzing large datasets, synthesizing key findings, and developing effective solutions for clients. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex ideas will be essential in this role.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 4-6 years of experience in performance analytics or 2-3 years post-MBA/Masters experience in a related field;

    • Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics;

    • Proficiency in data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS) and advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills;

    • Ability to analyze large datasets, synthesize key findings, and develop effective solutions;

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights;

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs;

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional data and analytics experience in building, managing, and maintaining database structures, working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or working with Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or PySpark; Ability to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement the best solutions;
