Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for inspecting production lines/areas for GMP compliance, sampling and testing of product during manufacturing, filling or packaging according to approved sample plans, and sampling of blend and/or finished goods for QC release testing according to approved SOPs.

In addition, the Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for approving incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials, and approving in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.

The Quality Assurance Inspector will also be responsible for approving finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work, documenting inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database, and maintaining safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.

An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or scientific background and 1-3 years of experience in the field. Good command of the English language, high communication skills, and ability to work in a team are essential requirements. Active, organized, and planner with high attention for details is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect production lines/areas for GMP compliance
  • Sampling and testing of product during manufacturing, filling or packaging
  • Sampling of blend and/or finished goods for QC release testing
  • Approving incoming materials
  • Approving in-process production
  • Approving finished products
  • Documenting inspection results
  • Maintaining safe and healthy work environment
  • Checking manufactured parts against specifications and tolerances
  • Documenting problems/errors found
  • Maintaining documented list of open items
  • Documenting process timings for production processes
  • Reviewing and developing Company SOPs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or scientific background
  • 1-3 years of experience in the field
  • Good command of the English language
  • High communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Active, organized, and planner with high attention for details
