Quality Assurance Specialist (Mid-Senior Level)

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage quality measurement and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement corrective action plans.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain exceptional SLA and KPI performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five years' experience in operations management and compliance, including quality assurance and project management.
  • Experience in systems and operations implementation, as well as managing quality assurance activities for major programs or projects.
  • Training experience in a contact center environment, including curriculum development and process reengineering.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees.
