Expertise in B2B Lead Generation

We are looking for an experienced B2B performance marketing professional to join our team and take charge of our paid marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive B2B lead generation and improve ROAS.
  • Optimize and refine campaign strategies using data analysis and market research.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in B2B performance marketing or a related field.

  • Core Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, experience with budget management and performance tracking.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of SEO principles and strategies, experience with landing page optimization to boost lead conversion rates.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
