Job Title: In-House Counsel - International Contracts

In this exciting opportunity, we seek an experienced in-house counsel to support our global operations. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a vital role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of corporate/commercial legal experience working for multi-national or trans-national companies. They should have excellent drafting and negotiating skills, as well as the ability to handle a high volume of competing demands. The ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients is essential, as is the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide contract support for standard corporate agreements
• Assist in data privacy, data security, trade control compliance, and other regulatory requirements
• Maintain subsidiary lists, entity charts, and officer/director designations
• Coordinate director and officer signatures for documents and materials

Requirements:
• US/Canada/UK/European Law degree
• Commercial contracting experience, particularly involving software or intellectual property
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
