Corporate Counsel Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. This role is focused on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating customer, vendor, and partner agreements to support our core sales and procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and draft contracts for customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Represent the company in negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team to provide timely legal advice across departments.
  • Advise sales, procurement, and business teams on contract strategy, risk mitigation, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • Licensed attorney in Pakistan with an LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
  • 2+ years of post-qualification experience with a strong focus on contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Prior in-house counsel or law firm experience advising IT, technology, or multinational companies preferred.
