Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recovery Specialist, located in Islamabad. The Recovery Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in recovering from addictive behaviors, working closely with insurance providers, and providing necessary training to clients and staff. Daily tasks include one-on-one counseling, developing personalized recovery plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining comprehensive records of client progress.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and strong Communication abilities
  • 3-4 years Experience in Recovery and related fields
  • Knowledge of Insurance processes and requirements
  • Experience in Training clients and staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a clinical or counseling setting is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
