The role of an OTC Financial Analyst is critical in ensuring the smooth handling of customer inquiries and timely response to incoming requests. This position ensures that service level agreements on timeliness and accuracy of postings are consistently met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date customer and vendor data
  • Issuance of Intercompany and Adhoc Billing
  • Bank reconciliation and clearing of incoming payments
  • Proper posting/clearing of customer payments against remittance details
  • Analysis and timely disposition of outstanding receipts posted as "On Account" to customer subledger and consistent follow-up with counterparts for missing remittance details
  • Management of all order requests from creating Customer contracts, sales orders, delivery notes, and generating billing/invoices.
Required Qualifications
  1. Graduate degree in Finance or a related field.
  2. Typically 1-2 years of professional experience, particularly in order-to-cash processes.
  3. Team player, hard worker, and pleasing personality.
  4. Preferably one or more years of work experience in a BPO/SSC environment.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
