At Esquare Services, we are seeking a skilled professional to strengthen our Call Center (Inbound) training team.

Job Overview

We provide HR & Training services to leading telecom operators, and now we are looking for an experienced trainer to lead our Inbound call center training initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a customer service environment, preferably with a cellular company, for at least 2-3 years. Inbound call center experience of 1-2 years is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver effective training programs for inbound call center agents, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance.
  • Create engaging training content that caters to diverse learning styles, increasing knowledge retention and agent satisfaction.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve performance, driving business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of training initiatives, enhancing the overall employee experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in training and development, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders, building trust and rapport throughout the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, facilitating efficient collaboration and information sharing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with colleagues and clients, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu to communicate with diverse audiences, promoting effective teamwork and customer engagement.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of training methods and adult learning principles, enabling trainers to create engaging and impactful training experiences.
