Sales and Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for all activities on email, calls, and digital marketing during the daytime.
No outdoor visits in hot sun and traffic issues, making this an ideal role for those who prefer indoor work environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 months' experience in tele sales is preferred.
- A passion for career growth and development in sales and marketing.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Preference for candidates who have previously worked in conventional bank and insurance sales and marketing roles.
