Our organization is focused on expanding its presence and driving innovation. We seek a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth strategy.
- Revenue Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to boost revenue through new client acquisition, upselling to existing clients, and exploring fresh business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Identify potential clients and conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings to pitch our services. Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the design and mobile app development industry.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve team objectives.
- Platform Utilization: Leverage platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant sites to source leads and manage projects. Understand the intricacies of these platforms to maximize their potential.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Utilize data to refine strategies and improve results.
- Networking: Represent the organization at industry events and networking functions to build relationships and promote our brand.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, particularly in design and mobile app sales. Demonstrated success in generating revenue and managing client relationships.
- Design & Mobile Apps: A solid understanding of the design and mobile app development industries. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Team Leadership: Experience in leading and managing a team, with strong organizational and motivational skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of additional languages, familiarity with CRM software, and experience with digital marketing strategies are desirable.
