E-Commerce Operations Manager

As a seasoned e-commerce professional, you will oversee the management of our online business operations to drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and bolster brand presence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to boost online sales through campaigns, promotions, and conversion optimization.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product availability and visibility across marketing channels.
  • Analyzing sales data, consumer trends, and competitor activity to inform recommendations for process improvements.
  • Managing product listings, pricing, and digital catalogs to optimize customer experience.
  • Ensuring timely order processing, fulfillment, and customer service support to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and ROI to prepare regular performance reports.
  • Supporting the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to amplify brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or E-Commerce.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, sales, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
