Digital Marketer – E-commerce (Product Research & Scaling)

Location: Karachi (On-site)

Timings: Monday to Saturday, 12 PM – 9 PM

Job Description

Eshal Corporation is seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to manage and scale our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate must have proven experience running and scaling at least 2–3 profitable online stores in Pakistan. This role requires full expertise in product research, digital marketing, and scaling strategies to ensure profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify winning products for the Pakistani e-commerce market.
  • Set up, optimize, and manage online stores and sales funnels.
  • Plan and execute ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Scale profitable products into sustainable e-commerce brands.
  • Analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions for growth.
  • Oversee the complete e-commerce process (product → ads → sales → scaling).

Key Digital Marketing Skills (Must-Have):

  • Product Research & Validation (using tools, market insights, trends).
  • Facebook & Instagram Ads (campaign setup, optimization, retargeting, scaling).
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping campaigns).
  • SEO & SEM (basic understanding for e-commerce growth).
  • Email Marketing & Automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar).
  • Content Marketing (engaging product descriptions, social posts, and ad copies).
  • Social Media Marketing (organic + paid strategy for local audiences).
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) (landing pages, checkout funnels).
  • Analytics & Reporting (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, data interpretation).
  • Basic Graphic Design & Video Editing (Canva, Photoshop, or similar for ad creatives).

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing.
  • Must have successfully scaled 2–3 profitable online stores in Pakistan.
  • Strong command of digital marketing tools & platforms.
  • Proven track record in generating profitable results.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver growth consistently.
