Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy Development
    • Create engaging content for programs, events, and initiatives.
    • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with our mission.
    • Schedule and post content on various platforms.
    • Maintain consistent, positive messaging across profiles.
    • Design digital content such as graphics, photos, and videos.
  • Community Building
    • Interact with our growing online community.
    • Foster discussions and build a sense of community among followers.
    • Manage any issues or crises on our platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track key metrics using analytics tools.
    • Evaluate and adjust social media strategies based on data insights.
    • Report social media performance to the team regularly.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of major social media platforms.
  • Passion for visual storytelling and design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Photoshop (a plus).
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred.

This is a remote, unpaid position requiring 15-20 hours per week. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated and self-disciplined.
