We are seeking a skilled Account Growth Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of mid-level experience in the service industry, specifically in IT & Software services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account growth strategies to drive revenue and expand client relationships.
- Maintain open communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product/service improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor client usage metrics and report findings to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from a reputable local or foreign university.
- At least 2 years of experience in account management or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English communication and client engagement.
