Job Overview

The role of the Product Manager - Asset involves developing and managing asset products, ensuring competitive pricing, and driving product performance.

This position requires strategic planning, product development, coordination with sales teams and other stakeholders, marketing initiatives, and revenue optimization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance asset products based on market research and customer insights.
  • Ensure product offerings align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Improve customer experience by introducing innovative features and digital banking solutions.
  • Introduce customized product solutions tailored to customer segments.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies for asset products and optimize revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Monitor interest rate trends and recommend adjustments to manage product costing.
  • Prepare and maintain annual product budgets, forecasting revenue and profit growth.
  • Work closely with sales forces and other stakeholders to provide product trainings, sales strategies, and market insights.
  • Monitor product performance in the market and develop key product performance metrics.
  • Liaise with IT, risk management, finance, and operation teams to enhance product delivery.
  • Strive for digital solutions and digital transformation initiatives for asset product offerings.

This position also entails collaborating with marketing teams in promoting marketing campaigns for asset products, leveraging digital channels, branch networks, and partnerships for product visibility, conducting competitor benchmarking to refine product marketing strategies, and managing risks associated with pricing, customer retention, and market fluctuations.
