Job Description

As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing Asset and SME products. This role involves strategic planning, product development, coordination with sales teams and other stakeholders, marketing initiatives, and revenue optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and enhancing Asset and SME products based on market research and customer insights.
  • Ensuring product offerings align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Improving customer experience by introducing innovative features and digital banking solutions.
Pricing and Budgeting
  • Developing competitive pricing strategies for Asset and SME products to optimize revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Monitoring interest rate trends and recommending adjustments to manage product costing.
Business Development and Stakeholders Coordination
  • Working closely with the sales force and other stakeholders to provide product training, sales strategies, and market insights.
  • Monitoring product performance in the market and developing key product performance metrics.
Marketing and Campaign Management
  • Collaborating with the marketing team in promoting marketing campaigns for Asset and SME products.
  • Leveraging digital channels, branch networks, and partnerships for product visibility.
Qualifications

Required qualifications and experience include:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5-year experience in product development and management, with prime work in asset product launches, innovation, and improvements.

Essential skills include:

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Pricing and budgeting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
