The incumbent has the vital responsibility of leading the multi-discipline construction team at Site. He is responsible for execution and implementation of the project execution plan through the construction staff in a most professional manner. He ensures timely completion of all works within the specified budget. He is also required to ensure maintenance of good quality and safety standards at site, to motivate all staff under him and to ensure optimum utilization of resources.

Main areas of responsibility are:

  1. Project Planning & Execution
  2. Resource Mobilization
  3. Cost Monitoring & Control
  4. QHSE Policies Implementation
Job Specification

The incumbent should command respect amongst his peers and have enough expertise to be a source of construction know-how for all members of the site management team.
- Should be well versed with the latest IT tools used in project planning & execution.
