Junior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates without prior experience in construction management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of project proposals and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project plans are accurate and feasible.
- Oversee construction activities to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
