Senior Architect Vacancy in Faisalabad, Pakistan

Our organization is currently seeking a skilled Senior Architect to lead the design and construction of residential projects in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will oversee project development from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop architectural concepts that meet their requirements.
  • Create detailed plans, including drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
  • Manage material selection, finishes, and furnishings for each project.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within allocated resources.
  • Supervise the construction process to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working on residential projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
