Job Title: People Operations Specialist

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for implementing and managing human resources programs, practices, and procedures across multiple locations.

  • Implement and manage human resources programs, practices, and procedures across multiple locations;
  • Provide professional and comprehensive Human Resources supervision and support to senior leaders;
  • Deploy and drive projects/processes for Recruitment & On-boarding, Talent Management, Training need analysis, and HR process automation;
  • Manage and administer employee data, job catalogues, and classification processes in accordance with corporate guidelines;
  • Ensure compliance with international and local statutory, industrial, and legal requirements, as well as Group guidelines;

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the HR department, ensuring that all employees have access to the necessary tools, training, and support to perform their jobs effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in any discipline and preferably an MBA in HR;
  • Technical knowledge of HR Generalist, recruitment, employee training and development, MIS generation, and HRIS;
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, including good communication and presentation skills;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in core HR activities in any industry;
