Night Software Support Specialist

Our company is looking for a skilled Night Software Support Specialist to provide critical support and maintenance for our software applications.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can troubleshoot and resolve production system issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously enhance software applications to improve performance, security, and reliability.

  • Provide timely support and maintenance for software applications, applying new changes to the code and resolving production issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to production systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and resolve customer-reported problems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to production support procedures and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to software development and support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in .NET (MVC), Web Services/Web API, SQL Server, C#, jQuery, AJAX, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in production support and troubleshooting of software applications.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
