Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to lead cloud migrations, develop architecture strategies, and support digital transformation initiatives within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Linux/Unix, shell scripting, and hands-on experience with KVM or ESXi hypervisors. Familiarity with virtualization managers, container runtimes, network bridges, bonds, and host networking is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix
  • Strong Shell Scripting skills
  • Hands-on experience with KVM or ESXi hypervisors
  • Familiarity with virtualization managers (oVirt or vCenter)
  • Familiarity with Docker, Swarm, Kubernetes, or other container runtimes
  • Proficient in network bridges, bonds, and host networking
  • Proficient in SAN/NAS storage implementations
  • Familiarity with YAML, JSON, and XML for configuration
  • Familiarity with packet/traffic analysis tools

Candidates with the following additional skills will have an added advantage:

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Understanding of OpenStack implementation
  • Knowledge of container platforms like OpenShift or Tanzu
  • Familiarity with VPCs and VNets
  • Experience with Terraform and Ansible
  • Experience with in-memory databases like Redis or Memcached
