Key Responsibilities
  • Manage asset records accurately and maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Organize conferences, seminars, and events to promote team collaboration and skill development.
  • Maintain administration department records to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication.
  • Implement and enforce admin policies and procedures to maintain a compliant work environment.
  • Source and procure administrative materials efficiently using purchase orders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with external vendors to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Settle outstanding debts and bills promptly to avoid financial penalties.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with government departments to facilitate effective communication.
  • Take on managerial responsibilities when necessary to ensure business continuity.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the head of administration to contribute to team success.
  • Oversee facilities management, transportation, and other administrative services to provide a comfortable work environment.
  • Submit and process bills and invoices in a timely manner to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members on everyday tasks to enhance their skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Recruit staff promptly to meet operational demands and support business growth.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations to minimize risks.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time to maintain a satisfied workforce.
  • Support the admin manager in resolving employee grievances to promote a harmonious work environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure successful audits and compliance.
  • Consult with the company's lawyer as needed to make informed decisions.
