- Perform tasks assigned by the head of administration to contribute to team success.
- Oversee facilities management, transportation, and other administrative services to provide a comfortable work environment.
- Submit and process bills and invoices in a timely manner to ensure financial accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members on everyday tasks to enhance their skills.
