Job Description

A highly skilled Career Transition Professional will provide expert advice and support to corporate clients to enhance their business performance by leveraging a diverse portfolio of GSM, ICT, M2M, and Quantica solutions.

The successful candidate will establish long-term meaningful relationships with clients while ensuring client engagement, upselling, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions that cater best to their requirements
  • Sales Performance: Meet monthly assigned sales targets through various products in GSM, M2M/IoT, Fixed Data, and Quantica
  • Retention Management: Exceed retention & recovery targets for assigned portfolios
  • Account Penetration: Conduct daily visits to B2B Large Accounts customers to generate Voice, Data business, Fixed Data, M2M, Quantica, IoT retention, and collection
  • Business Growth: Further penetrate tagged companies for revenue growth, complaint handling, retention, and hunting of new accounts for revenue generation purposes
  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships in tagged portfolios for revenue growth and selling new products
  • Winning Strategies: Cultivate big wins for strong footing in the Large Accounts sector
  • Issue Resolution: Complete physical visits to tagged accounts and resolve issues in coordination with relevant teams
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate continuously with internal stakeholders like Executives, Pre-Sales Team, Customer Engagement Team, Sales Coordinators, Credit & Control department, Channel planning team, Finance team, and product teams

Deliverables:

  • KPI Assurance: 100% assurance of assigned KPIs

Requirements:

  • Emerging Technologies: Basic understanding of emerging technologies, including digitalization, big data, security, ad-tech, IT hardware sales, and IoT
  • Corporate Selling Experience: Selling experience in the corporate sector, particularly internet/data-related products, GSM-based solutions, fixed connectivity, and M2M/IOT Products
  • OEM Experience: Experience working with OEM, System integrators, and Tech companies
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's Degree (preferably an Engineering/IT and Business mix)
  • Candidate Profile: Dynamic, assertive, persistent, and motivated candidate who can identify opportunities for Jazz Business Solutions in various sectors
  • Selling Skills: Excellent selling, negotiation, and presentation skills to deliver the point of view to potential prospects and internal management
  • Design Skills: Ability to translate business requirements into high-level design language
  • Market Orientation: Strong market orientation of the corporate segment
  • Portfolio Management: Portfolio Management specialization
