Our Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems and technologies that drive our solutions. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other engineering team members to manage code releases.
  • Configure our products to meet functional requirements, including configuration of technical areas (e.g., integration interfaces, integration maps, web services, transport protocols).
  • Troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting integration and operations of infrastructure and systems.
  • Ensure high availability of our products and platforms, including messaging, voice, and e-mail gateways.
  • Write and deploy scripts in different environments to automate day-to-day operations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation with the rest of the teams.
  • Maintain servers' configuration, monitoring jobs, and infrastructure documentation across cloud environments.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hands-on 5+ years of recent technical experience in a Professional Services/Enterprise DevOps role.
  • Strong technical skills in multiple functional areas, such as infrastructure as Code, containerized orchestration, configuration management, programming languages, logging systems, CI/CD, and network protocols.
  • Able to spend substantial time interfacing with offshore teams daily.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other IT-related fields.
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
