Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer needs and ensuring they have a good experience. You will provide assistance with projects and day-to-day tasks, manage and organize files and documents, and perform support activities in various sectors of the company.

Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may be experiencing.
- Administrative Support: Manage and organize files and documents, and provide administrative support as needed.
- Project Assistance: Provide assistance with projects and day-to-day tasks.
- Support Activities: Perform support activities in various sectors of the company.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also be organized, responsible, and able to work well under pressure. Additionally, you should have basic knowledge of computer tools and be willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
