We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our sales team as a Telesales Representative.

Your role will involve generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and nurturing opportunities to expand our footprint in the hospitality sector.

You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for prospective clients, especially focusing on venues looking to adopt QR code ordering and reservation management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Market Research: Identify potential customers in the hospitality industry, focusing on restaurants, cafes, and venues.
  • Sales Outreach: Introduce our solutions, including POS systems, QR code ordering, and reservation management, through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Lead Qualification: Set up meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a detailed and organized sales pipeline using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with venue owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges, especially related to digital ordering and reservations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market demands for QR code ordering and reservation management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, ideally within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • QR Code Ordering Expertise: Strong understanding of QR code ordering and reservation management solutions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Self-Motivation and Drive: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Pakistan Hospitality Market: Understanding of the Pakistan hospitality market is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
