Preconstruction Estimation is expanding our sales team, and we're seeking a driven and persuasive Telesales Representative If you have a passion for sales, excel at building rapport over the phone, and are eager to contribute to our growth within the U.S. construction market, we encourage you to apply.
Role Summary:
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, introducing Preconstruction Estimation's services, and generating qualified leads. You will also manage inbound inquiries, playing a crucial role in expanding our client base and supporting our sales objectives within the dynamic construction industry.
Key Responsibilities (But Not Limited To):
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients in the U.S. construction market.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential leads.
Inbound Sales & Client Interaction:
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from potential clients via phone or email.
• Provide detailed information about our services and address client questions.
Sales Pitch & Product Knowledge:
• Articulate the value proposition of Preconstruction Estimation's services (e.g., cost estimation, quantity surveying) clearly and persuasively.
• Understand client needs and effectively match them with our solutions.
Meeting Targets:
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Contribute to the overall sales team's success.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with the construction industry is a significant plus.
