Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for supervising the erection, installation, and commissioning of textile machinery, including weaving looms and spinning equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the installation and commissioning of textile machinery (weaving/spinning)
  • Troubleshoot and maintain weaving looms (manual, automatic, or Jacquard)
  • Diagnose and resolve spinning machinery issues, including cards, drawframes, ring frames, and winding
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate with technical teams for optimization and upgrades of production lines
  • Ensure smooth operations with minimal downtime
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in textile machinery (spinning & weaving mandatory)
  • Strong expertise in machine erection, mechanical adjustments, and downtime troubleshooting
  • Understanding of production efficiency, maintenance documentation, and safety protocols
  • Ability to work in a high-paced manufacturing environment
