Agile Transformation Coach:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Coach - Agile to join our team at S&P Global, Inc. As a Transformation Coach - Agile, you will be responsible for guiding and facilitating Scrum teams in delivering high-quality products while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams as a Scrum Master and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. You should have basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and proven ability to identify and mitigate risks. A servant leader mentality and certification in SAFe Scrum Master or PSM/CSP would be a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Servant leader to an Agile team
- Educate Agile teams to maximize efficiencies and performance from Scaled Agile practices and values
- Coach Agile teams in self-organization and continuous improvement
- Guide the Agile teams to consistently deliver customer value
- Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across Agile teams
- Facilitate Scrum events including, Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Work with Product Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team
- Establish and maintain open and clear lines of team communication to facilitate progress transparency
- Work with peer Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile Coaches to increase the effectiveness of Scaled Agile

- Ability to facilitate constructive debate and resolve disagreements and conflicts constructively
- Deliver hands-on training and coaching of defined Agile practices to individual teams and programs
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally across multiple Product portfolios
- Understand other engineering processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/Enterprise
