
Regional Sales Director

To oversee the assigned territory by managing distributors and achieving set targets through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Country Business Development Manager and Sales Support team to contribute to the route-to-market strategy for target customers.
- Develop and regularly review targets for key accounts within the region, meeting with customers to track performance and report on variances.
- Work with customers to identify product-related or sales-related issues and provide feedback internally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers to resolve issues, collect payments, and coordinate logistics for timely delivery.
- Visit stores to ensure stock levels and product quality meet expectations.
- Bidine business relationships with key customers and explore opportunities to expand NFL's presence in underserved markets using market intelligence.
- Provide regular feedback to stakeholders on product performance and issues.
- Monitor and report on regional spend, highlighting any deviations from expected budget.
- Maintain open communication with the Business Development Manager through regular reviews to discuss sales performance and address potential concerns.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform strategic decisions.

Background Requirements:
Education: Graduate degree
Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience preferred
