Territory Sales Management Role
This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the route-to-market strategy for target customers.
- Develop targets for key accounts within the region and regularly meet with customers to track, monitor, and report on performance against targets.
- Collaborate with customers to identify product-related or sales-related issues and provide feedback internally.
- Act as the first point of contact for key customers to resolve issues, collect payments, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
- Visit stores to check stock levels and product expiry dates, ensuring the availability of quality products.
- Identify, pursue, and build strong business relationships with key customers.
- Expand our presence in underserved markets using market intelligence.
- Provide feedback to senior management on product performance and issues.
- Monitor and report on regional spend, highlighting variances against the budget.
- Attend regular reviews with the BDM to report sales performance and address potential issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports for the region.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
