Regional Sales Manager

A Regional Sales Manager oversees sales, inventory management, and franchisee relationships for designated regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new customer acquisition to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets for prepaid and postpaid services.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and manage team members to ensure target achievement and market visits.
  • Oversee franchisee performance, conduct regular visits, and collect receivables.
  • Foster a strong market presence through analysis and feedback.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the agriculture industry and possess excellent analytical skills.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with franchisees, employees, and other stakeholders.
Job Specification
  • Plan and schedule monthly tours for self and team members, securing approval from supervisors.
  • Update tour plans weekly, consulting with immediate supervisors as needed.
  • Visit customers and markets according to approved tour plans, submitting detailed reports afterward.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with existing franchisees, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Counsel franchisees on inventory management, ideal product mixes, and sales strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, staff, and colleagues, promoting effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
  • Monitor competitors' activities, staying informed about market developments and reporting back to supervisors.
  • Address franchisee issues promptly, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Submit daily activity reports to supervisors, performing additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
