About the Role

  • Create clear, concise documents that effectively communicate project objectives, deliverables, methods, timelines, staffing, budgets, and performance standards.
  • Manage proposal timelines, ensuring timely submission by coordinating with contributors and stakeholders.
  • Analyze RFPs and attend strategy meetings to understand opportunities and client needs.
  • Develop high-quality proposals by assembling key details, including executive summaries and conclusions.
  • Edit, revise, and polish drafts, maintaining consistency in text, graphics, and branding.
  • Prepare presentation materials with attention to detail and a focus on visual appeal.
  • Maintain and improve proposal-writing processes by leveraging templates and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers and key contributors to finalize proposals.
  • Continuously refine proposal strategies and approaches for optimal results.
