About Us:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Proposal Writer to support our business development efforts through well-crafted, client-centric proposals. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in drafting and editing technical proposals that showcase our cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting Proposals: Create high-quality proposals that highlight our services and meet client requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, sales, and leadership to gather accurate and relevant input for proposal content.
  • Technical Writing: Translate complex cybersecurity solutions into clear, concise, and persuasive language.
  • Proposal Compliance: Ensure all proposals are compliant with client requirements and submission guidelines.
  • Content Library: Maintain a centralized library of reusable content, including templates, presentations, technical documentation, case studies, and boilerplate text.
  • Draft Review: Review proposal drafts for clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
  • Sales Support: Assist in creating supporting sales documents such as service overviews and capability statements.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in technical proposal writing, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and services.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating technical content into business-friendly language.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Project Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Standards: Familiarity with industry standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
  • MSSP Experience: Previous experience working with MSSPs or cybersecurity service providers.
  • Proposal Development Tools: Knowledge of proposal development tools and content management systems.
