Effective Technical Leadership and Collaboration

Job Description

A senior professional is sought after to lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of systems and technologies that power cutting-edge communication and engagement solutions. This dynamic team collaborates closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with software developers, system operators, and engineering team members to manage code releases and troubleshoot issues impacting integration and operations of infrastructure and systems.

  • Design, plan, and test systems to ensure seamless integration between development, testing, and operations teams.

  • Configure products to meet functional requirements, including setup and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts to streamline day-to-day operations across cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

  • Ensure high availability of company products and platforms by assessing emergencies and recommending solutions to maintain server configuration, monitoring jobs, and infrastructure documentation.

  • Work extensively with offshore teams and partners to drive DevOps initiatives and improve collaboration.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of recent technical experience in a Professional Services/Enterprise DevOps role, with strong technical skills in multiple areas such as infrastructure as Code, containerized orchestration, configuration management, programming languages, logging systems, CI/CD tools, and network protocols.

  • Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining systems and technologies that power cutting-edge communication and engagement solutions.

  • Ability to interface with offshore teams daily and drive DevOps initiatives to improve collaboration and efficiency.

  • Strong sense of ownership, critical thinking, and analytical skills to assess emergencies and recommend solutions.

  • Fluent English with excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
